The proposal takes the shape of a  footbridge that locally re-links two districts north to south and globally combines a monitoring station of air quality. In Canada monitoring stations are spread across the country, with a greater concentration in urban areas. In Montreal we count 11 active stations equally located on the island. These stations provide important data collection and atmospheric monitoring, however, even with the constant effort to transmit these informations to the general public, the results remain mostly silent to them.
